Ravenscroft is owned by John and Lynda Melnick. They have been involved with German shepherd dogs since 1969. In 1995, they established Ravenscroft Kennels. John retired from the Ontario Provincial Police in 1997, and since then they have operated it as a full time family business of breeding and training.
